

Tina Myong Kim
Principal
Tina Myong Kim is a principal at Dirska and Levin, where she has practiced since 2011. She became a partner in 2018 and a principal in 2020. Tina is a seasoned litigator with a strong track record defending employers, businesses, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is known for her strategic approach, effective advocacy, attention to detail, and ability to resolve matters efficiently through mediation, administrative hearings, and trial.
Tina currently serves on the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission’s Medical Fee Guide Committee. She has also been a speaker for the Maryland State Bar Association’s “Hot Tips” program, presenting on emerging issues and practical strategies for practitioners.

Prior to joining Dirska and Levin, Tina served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan Marzetta in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and as an Asper Fellow with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation. She earned her undergraduate degree from New York University, studying Art History and Chemistry, and received her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she participated in the Post-Conviction and Drug Policy Clinics. Tina is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
