Matthew C. Grazio, Partner
Matt joined Dirska & Levin in April of 2017 as an associate before becoming partner in 2023. He has exclusively focused on defending employers and insurers in workers compensation claims. With over a decade of litigation experience, Matt has handled hundreds of claims, obtaining resolution through trial, mediation, or settlement. He appears regularly before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit Courts in Maryland, DC Administrative Hearings Division, Compensation Review Board and DC Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Dirska & Levin, Matt represented individuals seeking disability benefits for a large firm in Massachusetts. He appeared before Administrative Law Judges across the country. A graduate of American University in 2010 and New England Law Boston in 2013, Matt is admitted to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts.
