Jessica joined Dirska and Levin in March 2026, where she represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters. Admitted to practice in 2005, she focuses her practice on defending workers’ compensation claims, providing strategic, results‑driven advocacy from inception through resolution.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, magna cum laude, from Howard University. Her background in communications enhances her effectiveness in depositions, motion practice, courtroom advocacy, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
Throughout her career, Jessica spent two decades representing claimants and handling all aspects of litigation, including early case assessment, written discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation, and trial preparation. She now works closely with insurance carriers and claims professionals to develop efficient litigation strategies, evaluate risk exposure, and control costs while maintaining a strong defense posture. Jessica is admitted to practice in Maryland and regularly appears before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and numerous Circuit Courts.
