Courtney D. Hoffman joined the firm in 2016 as an associate and was promoted to partner in 2025. Courtney regularly represents employers and insurers before the Workers’ Compensation Commission and Circuit Courts throughout Maryland. Her keen analytical mind and gift for the written word make her a leader in the firm for legal motions writing. Her strong skills for formulating and presenting persuasive arguments have led to many successes in the courtroom before both judges and juries.
She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Courtney participated in the Immigrant Rights Clinic, which provides legal services to asylum seekers.

After graduating from law school, Courtney worked for an insurance company as an adjuster, handling D.C. and New Jersey workers’ compensation claims. Courtney is a 2009 graduate of Baylor University, where she studied Sociology, and is admitted to practice law in Maryland.
